Who We Are
Our mission is to serve veterans, which includes serving military and RCMP Members and their families, to promote remembrance, and to serve our communities and our country.
Operation VetBuild is a Legion community initiative where Veterans can participate in building scale-model kits in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Working in a stress-free setting, alongside other Veterans, it’s a chance to relax, learn a new hobby, and connect with
12 years ago today, Canada’s mission in Afghanistan came to an end. We pause to remember and honour all who served — and the 158 Canadian Armed Forces members who made the ultimate sacrifice.
For many who served, the impact of that mission did not end when the deployment did.
