The Government of Saskatchewan has renewed the Saskatchewan Veterans Service Club Support Program for 2026-27, with a budget of $1.5 million.
Application Intake
• Program opens: April 1, 2026
• Application deadline: May 15, 2026.
• One scheduled intake.
• If funds remain, a second intake will run on a first come, first served basis.
• Please review the program guidelines before completing your application.
Key Changes for 2026-27
• Operations support removed.
• This funding was temporary pandemic relief and has not been provided since 2024-25.
• Program focus remains on facility improvement projects.
Updates to Program Guidelines
• Ineligible Applicants (section 3.2); Assessment Priorities (section 6.2); Definitions (Appendix).
• Clarification added for situations where a funded property is sold.
Applicant Attestation
By submitting an application, applicants confirm that:
• They have read and agree to the guidelines.
• Their project is intended for the program purposes.
• Failure to follow guidelines may affect future eligibility or require repayment.
Funding Details
• Maximum grant: $30,000 (subject to adjudication).
Review and Notification
• Applications are reviewed by a committee represented by Legion-Sask Command, ANAVETS, the Government of Saskatchewan.
• All applicants will be notified of results. Notice letters and funds are issued within approximately 10 weeks after the intake deadline.

The Saskatchewan Government has extended the Veterans Service Club Grant for another year. Service Clubs around the province are encouraged to apply for up to $30,000.
