The Legion has registered its trademarks with CIPO through a Canadian Intellectual Property and Technology law firm.  These trademarks include:

1.  The Poppy Symbol
2. The Legion Badge/Crest
3. The Legion Logo
4. The words “Canadian Legion”, “Legion” and “The Royal Canadian Legion.”

Any unauthorized use of the above symbols or words constitutes infringement.
