The Saskatchewan Veteran’s Service Club Support Program has been extended for 2024-25. Once again, $1.5 million dollars will be allocated to the program. Here are some key points and changes from previous years:
- Updated format of the program guidelines and application form.
- Please review the program guidelines before completing your application.
- Continued maximum eligibility amount to $30,000.
- Continuation of the operations grant of $2,500.
- Greater clarity around project phasing, project delays, and extensions.
- Electronic funds distribution to enhance payment efficiency.
- Easing of reporting.
- If a club receives more than one grant, one report is sufficient.
- No need to report on the operational grant
- The $30,000 maximum is subject to adjudication and can be applied for in any combination of;
- Up to $30,000 for a project grant; and,
- Up to $2,500 for an operations grant.
- Intake deadlines are May 15, 2024 and August 31, 2024. Should funds remain, a third intake will occur on a rolling ‘first come, first served’ basis.
- Note: there is no guarantee of funding after the first intake, so please be sure to apply early.
- The adjudication Committee consists of one representative from RCLSC, ANAVETS, The Government of Saskatchewan.
- Successful projects will be announced, and funds released to the successful applicants following adjudication.

The Saskatchewan Government has extended the Veterans Service Club Grant for another year. Service Clubs around the province are encouraged to apply for up to $25,000.
